About Takibi
25 years of outdoor innovation from Ningbo, China — the inflatable brand that makes its own material
Brand
Our Story
Founded by outdoor industry veteran Mr. Cao with over 25 years of R&D experience, Takibi pioneered some of China's earliest aluminum tent poles (2001), technical outerwear with Toray fabrics (2005), and battery-heated garments (2015). In 2020, Mr. Cao turned his materials expertise to inflatable products, developing a proprietary TPU compound that eliminates the odor, weight, and environmental problems of PVC. "I spent 3 years getting the TPU formulation right before we sold a single mattress," he says. Today, Takibi is redefining portable comfort for outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.
