Our proprietary thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fabric — developed and manufactured in-house — is 30% lighter and 3x more tear-resistant than conventional PVC. Certified free of formaldehyde, phthalates, and BPA per SGS testing (Report No. CANEC2305xxxxx).
Drop-Stitch Engineering

Tested per ISO 4675 low-temperature flexibility standards. While PVC stiffens below 0°C, our TPU maintains full elasticity at -30°C — verified through 500+ hours of cold chamber testing at our Ningbo facility.
